David Sills has announced that he will return to WVU for his senior season and not enter the NFL draft. The Wilmington, Delaware native led the country with 18 receiving touchdowns this year. He was named a 1st Team All American by Sports Illustrated and was a finalist for the Biletnikoff award that goes to the country’s best wide receiver. Mountaineer fans are already beginning to get excited for the 2018 season and with good reason. The Will Grier and Sills connection returning would be exciting enough but add in four of the five offensive lineman, a stable of running backs in Kennedy McKoy and Martell Pettaway and things really become exciting. Gary Jennings has another year of eligibility and Marcus Simms will be a junior giving Grier even more targets. The upcoming 2018 season should be an exciting one on the offensive side of the ball.
