Stedman Bailey has been a name synonymous with West Virginia football over the last few years, setting records in the Old Gold and Blue, making it to the NFL and the unfortunate events that took place several years ago. Now, Bailey looks to add another monumental event to his list of accolades. The Comeback. Stedman Bailey is set to participate in West Virginia’s Pro Day.
West Virginia will host their Pro Day at the end of March, March 29th to be exact. The event will give the opportunity for Mountaineers to showcase their football skills to the NFL coaches, managers and staff in order to further their football careers.
Stedman Bailey played for the Los Angeles, formerly St. Louis, Rams for three seasons before that fateful evening in November when he was shot multiple times. Bailey was eventually let go by the Rams and now looks to make his NFL comeback. If you take a look at the wide receiver’s social media, he has been sharing lots of clips of his recovery process and his athletic ability and route running looks to be still as sharp as ever.
Bailey has been a champion of making the most out of his situation over the last few years, returned to Morgantown to go back to school, essentially learned to walk again after the incident, and now he looks to show that he can do almost anything and return to the NFL. Time for the comeback.
